Refund policy

I do not accept returns for sanitary reasons.  

Orders must be cancelled within one hour. You can email me at sweethydrangeasclay@gmail.com to cancel your order.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break. Sweet Hydrangeas Mercantile does not offer refunds for any reason other than severe product defect. Please email me with details and pictures if you feel this is the case.
